My name is Mrs. Olaniyonu Olutayo, an experienced educationist, administrator, and human capacity development advocate with over 16 years of progressive leadership in the education sector. I currently serve as the Administrative Manager and Director of Bizben Group of Schools, where I lead a team of educators dedicated to nurturing excellence, discipline, and character in the next generation.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. My academic background, combined with years of practical experience, has equipped me to implement effective administrative systems, drive academic innovation, and lead teams with empathy and strategic insight.
Beyond my role in school leadership, I am also a proud Patron of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, where I actively support humanitarian services and youth engagement initiatives. My passion lies in building people, shaping minds, and contributing to a more educated and compassionate society.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching movies, traveling, and meeting new people. These hobbies not only refresh me but also broaden my perspective and enrich my connection with the world around me.
