Isioma Sandra Kalejaiye is an accomplished educationist, administrator and faith leader with a strong passion for academic excellence and spiritual growth. She serves as the Proprietor, Director, and Administrator of Firm Base Schools, where she leads with vision, integrity, and a commitment to quality education for all learners.
Mrs. Kalejaiye holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Edo State University. Her passion for education led her to further her academic pursuits with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the American Intercontinental University, USA.
In addition to her role in education, she is a dedicated spiritual leader and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Revival Worship Christian Center, where she mentors, counsels, and empowers lives through biblical teaching and community outreach.
Mrs. Kalejaiye is a proud member of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) in Nigeria, where she contributes actively to the development of private education in the country.
A devoted wife and mother of two, she combines her roles in education, ministry, and family life with grace and excellence. Her leadership is defined by compassion, strategic vision, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of education and faith.
